Hot plug for SSD?

So in order to stop the random non-respondiveness of my system, some people suggested me to hot plug only my SSD.
Will that really help?

Yeah same thing happened with my Vertex3, after enabling Hot Plug in BIOS everything is perfect.

Alrite then, if that doesn't reduce SSD performance, ima go do that.

I just did that on my new ssd and as a result, it loads faster, waits way less at the bios bios welcome screen

Hot plug is just a function that will let you unplug your SSD while the computer is running right? What does it have to with performance benefits?

Ask OCZ.. they r not making much sense lately. Always require some voodoo to make their products work..

Yeah, after months of recommending that hotplug is enabled, it's now suddenly the anti-christ to OCZ and should be off.
