Budget gaming laptop

Thread Starter
Does anyone know of a good laptop that can run WoW, or TF2? I'm not looking for something really expensive, but I'd like to take it to my girlfriends place for the times that she wants to do her own thing.

Price range? See the stick on Laptops and Netbooks that says "Looking to Buy?" Copy that and fill that out and come back.

Price range would be around 800 max 1k. Also, tf2 isn't a must.

This laptop should destroy any game you throw at it.

I have the exact same model and it's quite a nice buy. Perfect for the geeks that can't have their main rig with them when they are moving..Hell, I use that laptop at school ... It's quite heavy for my back though.

WoW, that blew my mind, thought i'd have to get an actual gaming laptop. If anyone knows of something even cheaper, I'd love to see it.

Acer 3820TG 13.3"
Either the i3 with integrated AND dedicated 5650
or i5 with integrated AND dedicated 6550

Not much difference in those GPU's and I use to own the i3 model and the little thing was a beast.

If you insist on something cheaper you can get this Toshiba. It won't handle games quite as well as the Asus but it will play TF2 and WOW pretty decently.
