I think it is but looking for second opinions - admittedly I'm an Intel guy and don't know much about AMD systems.
Interesting how he neglects to mention which Twin Frozr II graphics card it is. You can't tell by looking at it. There are like a dozen different cards that can have the Twin Frozr.

He also neglects to mention what brand the power supply is.

And you don't see the boxes or certificates for the software in the photos (which would be included if the software was legal).

It isn't worth $1000, but some idiot will probably pay that much for it. It glows in the dark. I've seen people pay $500 for a Phenom 9550 system with a 9800 GT in it.

For $800 that would be a good deal only for someone who knows nothing about building their own PC.

Kind of like $650-$700 in parts (with shipping) and another $100-$150 for the build.

But no, not worth it at all for $1000.

I wonder if he'll let you keep the CS5 (if full retail version, $300) and Microsoft licenses ($100 a piece) and keys. If these are things you need, and he gives you the keys and the boxes/documenting material saying he bought it, then yes, this is worth it. Otherwise, even with a GTX 570 twin frozr this wouldn't be worth it. And I'm pretty sure that's a 460.

Only if the GPU is a GTX 580. Highly doubt it though.
Looks to me like the guy thinks his computer is worth a lot more then it really is lol.

It looks like a GTS 250 to me. It might be a 460. MSI also has a 560 that looks like that. He stated 256 bit bandwidth. 580 has 384-bit bandwidth.

I'm guessing he is betting on the ignorance of the consumer. This is often a safe bet. Most consumers are not as sharp as the OP; they don't go to a forum and post the link and ask other consumers how valuable the merchandise is.

Oh I'm sure if it really was a 580 he would be asking a lot more for the rig lol.

At least it isn't pictures of state-of-the-art stuff that he put up with the intention of robbing the consumer. It is craigslist, after all.
