Best 120-128 GB SSD Boot/System Drive?

Thread Starter
Can anyone give me a reason to choose one of these over the others? Intel seems to be most reliabe, so I'm leaning toward it, but the extra 8GB would come in handy on the C300 and M. I also have no idea what the difference is between the C300 and the M? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Both C300 and m4 are very solid drives with many positive reviews. m4 is the newer version of C300, but they are pretty much the same in terms of performance. Intel is most reliable indeed but slower than Crucial drives.

I personally have C300 64GB and extremely pleased with it.

Also look into the vertex 3, i don't know about random performance between all of them, but i think the M4 may have the best. Not sure atm.

Pretty sure they all 3 have 128gb of NAND onboard. The Intel 510 is just using 8gb of that for over-provisioning. You don't want to fill an SSD up completely any way.

The M4 and the Intel 510 use (edit: nearly) the same controller.
