Micro Center have a 30 return policy, you can return or exchange it within the 30 day from the day you pay and walk out with anything in the store...

I trade in couple motherboards and from my 2500k and change it to 2600k just gotta pay the difference if theres any.

I also return Memory cause one of the stick was not working correctly.

Yes Sir, bottom of the barrel with that one. These chips are as cheap as chips . I would just amp that voltage up to max, get that 4.8ghz and just forget about it. Everyday usage you won't see much high temp's....
