What are the best GPU OC'ing tools out there?

Pretty simple. I can't unlock voltage control using Afterburner, so I want to know what tools are out there so I can give my card LOTS of voltage.

EVGA Precision?
Have you tried clicking the "Unlock Voltage Control" in the Settings?

I know there is also a .cfg file you can edit.

EVGA Precision only works on EVGA cards.

But yes, I've unlocked voltage control - that's not the entire problem, it's the fact that I can only go up to 1138mV. I want to hit 1200+.

Then your only choice now is to unlock the voltage. You may do this via a bios flash, there are many guides out there to teach you on exactly how to do this unless you already know how yourself!

After a successful flash, you may continue using Afterburner.

That's when you have to start modding your BIOS to allow yourself more voltage.
I believe the program is NiBiTor. I would give a search around the forum.
I know someone has had to post how to do so.

Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dang it, that sucks. I was hoping not to have to do that. Maybe I'll have to turn to GIGABYTE's joke of an OC'ing tool to get further in OC'ing my card.

Isn't there something called like the SmartDoctor or something that allows to raise my card's voltage more? I could've sworn I had read about it here somewhere when I was searching through threads recently.

Thanks for the help though!

That should allow you to by pass not only the voltage but the CCC limits on the card as well. Set your settings and then save a profile.
hope this helps

I think that is only for ATI cards.

Smart Doctor is for Asus cards only, and it won't help anymore than evga or msi's program. If you want to go over the limit set by these programs you have to flash the bios or volt mod. Flashing the bios is really easy, I did it a couple of weeks ago and it literally takes 5mins.

why would you think it's only for ATi cards? it's a program that I use for my Nvidia, so I don't see a program that works with both card's not have the same abilities in terms of OC'ing
