P5N-D 750i overheating?

Since summer is coming around now, and I'm in an attic room, it's getting very hot here. Lately, my computer has been crashing a lot if I'm trying to play games. It just all freezes (odd word when it's hot lol ) and I'm forced to power it down. My guessing is it's my north and/or south bridge that's giving the troubles, since my CPU and GPU temps are fine. (edit: oh and I'm not overclocking.)

Any thoughts? Also what are some cheap ($10-15) after market bridge coolers I get? And if the south one is the problem, I have no idea how I would upgrade that one since my gtx 260 covers most of it. Thanks in advance.

Have you looked into maybe replacing the TIM on either the NB or SB?
How're the VRM temps looking?
