I suggest you get another Deathadder if you liked it that much.

If you sweat a lot or if you don't like the lights of the deathadder then yes.

It doesnt have anything to do with sweat, its jut a matter of being able to hold the mouse without it slipping out of your hand because the sides is without any sort of coating

You know i usually prefer small mice like g1 and abyssus, but my g1 died and the abyssus in unusuable on artisan hien g3 due to immense amounts of jitter, so i gave DA black edition a fair chance. Here's the summary

Pros :
No Prediction
Really hard to experience negative accel @ 1800dpi when you use direct input or raw input
Wheel and side buttons feel nice
Whole shell has a very nice texture

Cons:

Heavier than explorer 3.0
Its shape looks like a pyramid, it doesn't fit my hand the way 3.0 does, it actually forces me to put 3 fingers on top instead of 2 :S
The glide is weird, i've even tried putting hyperglide RZ2 skates on top of the stock feet and i still feel the mouse scraping against the pad
VERY f*cking high LOD, tape is not a solid solution due to scraping
You can't switch between profiles if you don't install the drivers first, *** ?

It is a shame really, the mouse really feels more accurate than IE 3.0 at medium sens ( i usually use 30cm/360 unless i play really slow games like cod and css ) high screen resolution and normal-low FOV due to higher dpi, i can't even imagine how much ****tier it would feel if it had glossy sides.

Zowie EC series are a good alternative, their right side is cut like the way it should, their LOD is ultra low and their feet are HUUUGE, highly recomended if you don't mind prediction and glossy sides, sadly .... i do

I think what you looking for is the arch in the deathadder that really makes it comfortable. The only mice that i know of that are quite similar to the deathadder is the Zowie EC1 and the Zowie EC2
