I as going to do it on the second disk, but I wanted to see if there was anything I need to keep in there. So what I did was disconnected the second disk and installed Windows 7 on the first, after that I connected the second disk and initialized it to see what was in it. Nothing I really needed so I converted that one too.

you wont Find anything in there lol
You needed both discs coz they were running in a software raid. Which means like its running like a raid config inside windows using both disks like a raid config would. Only junk thing about it is you can't install a os on it and boot with it lol
