need help about getting 1080p in lg w1943c

as i am using a readon hd6870 graphix card which has 2 dvi port and 1 hdmi...my qustion is that is it possible to get 1080p in lg w1943c lcd monitor through some convertors or wires.?...

No. That monitor has a max resolution of 1366x768. To get 1920x1080p you would need a new monitor.
