Westinghouse VR-3225 HDMI quality=Bad

Thread Starter
Hey guys. Just picked up a Westinghouse Vr-3225 TV from Bestbuy a week ago and I'm having some quality issues. I originally hooked the TV up to my PC via VGA, and the quality was GRREAT!; however I needed sound so I switched to HDMI and the quality is just terrible. I am getting a headache while typing this! But I digress; the image almost looks too sharp and the text is very ugly, and the colors don't seem to be matching up to VGA.

I really would like to use HDMI for sound purposes, but the quality is so terrible I really can't handle it.

Any help would be appreciated, so shoot me your questions so I can help you help me!

Make sure that you are running at it's Native resolution , I had to switch over to my 720p TV for a monitor after my 23" took a crap on me, It supports resolutions up to 1080p but they look like crap. It didn't look quite right to me either like the pixel mapping was off or something. Just start digging around in your control panel and make sure that things are set as natively as possible.

Check video settings also , check sharpness , contrast and various other parameters to make sure they are set correctly.
