No thats certainly for vMEM. GPU switching regulator is on the left side of the GPU.

Like I said the GPU control IC is the 8-legged near the GPU. The one at the back is the BIOS IC and the other 14-legged one which you've labelled drives the VGA Outs.

Without knowing the labelling of the vGPU IC I can promise you that pin 6 is the feedback pin and pin 3 is ground.

Yes that is what it says.

hmm...interesting. The datasheet says thats a "Serial Flash Memory With 25 MHz SPI Bus Interface" so thats not what where looking for.

shouldnt need a datasheet... just measure for resistance, and find a pin that looks good and is connected to ground as well..
