Yes, I have cpu-z. I overclocked it from 2.40 to 2.76 with a preset overclock in the Bios and it is stable. I wanted to try to overclock it manual to get it higher than 2.76Ghz.
Huh?

If you can get a better cooler, I am pretty sure that board could get you to about 3.3ghz with some tweaking.

Basically, you set the divider to 10, the FSB to 333, and bump up the vcore to about 1.38 to 1.4 volts. Pretty easy overclock.
Hey, I can't find the vcore thing in my Bios. What I have are Memory Voltage, NB Voltage, VIT Voltage, SB 1.5 Voltage, Auto PSI, Cpu Frequency, DRAM Frequency and PCI Express Frequency.

I just did a search and apparently your board can't adjust vcore. Not good. Sorry my friend, but with that factored in, you won't be able to get very far. If you are lucky you can hit about 2.7-2.8ghz.

Good luck.

It's possible you need to set your overclocking too manual, too bring out the cpu voltage settings.Possible but I am not sure.

Also under the memory tab in cpuz what does it say for your dram frequency?

If the option is not present in the shipped bios... thats probablky why, flash your bios through DOS.

If you simply wont have voltage control, i urge you to look into BSEL landing mods for your cpu.

Only one problem....that site has the wrong details listed. In the details, it lists the features for a socket 1155 board with USB 3.0, which are not the features you have at all.
