Check the list of motherboards blowing up when you overclock. If you don't wanna overclock it might be ok but BE chips are for overclockers

OCZ is not a very good brand of power supplies... From that website you're pretty limited when it comes to power supplies that they have. The following power supply is COMPLETE overkill but it's cheaper then the corsair units and just as good for 4500
