Looking for mouse similar design to Xai

Hi

I have a Xai atm and I love the form of it and the side buttons are not in the way. However, the coating is starting to wear off after 1 month of usage. I've been looking for a mouse that can last longer..

I had an ikari laser before the xai. Didn't really like the form and the coating wore off a lot quicker than the xai!

I'm looking for a mouse with similar form factor as the xai so I can lift it easy. I don't want it to be glossy as I sweat a lot while playing. The only problem with the Xai is that the coating wears off.

Where did you get the xai? Sound like you got some fake copy as I never heard the coating wearing off

From a swedish retailer. It's not a fake. It feels a bit rough where I have my index finger. And the sides are starting to feel rough as well.

I have the death adder. It's glossy on the sides. Hate the side buttons and doesn't feel good in the hand.

I don't think it's dirt. The spot is barely darker than the rest. The coating usually has "silver dots" on it but where it feels rough there are none.

I've had mine for more than a month, no problems with the coating here. Maybe you could return it for a new one?

Its caused by long finger nails. Cut your finger nails and contact steelseries for a replacement. Then wait for their new mouse to come out

I can't stand gaming with long nails so I always have short nails
The new SS mouse might be good. Looks the same as the xai though. Any changes?
