I see a design flaw here...

One fan is pushing warm air to the big cooler, doesn't this just seem wrong?

Not to mention extra force from first fan to second fan may lead to earlier death of 2nd fan, correct?

Probably incorrect, seeing as the amount of airflow is dampened as it passes through the heatsink.
