Help with Intel i5 upgrade

Thread Starter
Looking to upgrade my current rig's mobo, ram, cpu.
I already ordered a i5 2500k, so that's going to be my cpu.
I was thinking about

MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130574

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231277

I was looking at the MSI P67A-GD65 because it supports full pci-e x16/x16 for SLI, which is important because I want to keep using my 2 8800gt's in SLI

Let me know if you guys think I should change anything

Everything looks solid to me

Obviously next thing to upgrade would be your 8800's. The msi gd65 is a good board

Enjoy

yep, will probably pick up a new video card when some of the new games start rolling out like bf3 as the 8800's do a decent job at handling most things thrown at them.

Anyone else have some feedback before I order?

For a lil less than $30 more, you can get 8GB of RAM:
