Which of these two motherboards should I choose? I am having a difficult time deciding between P67 and Z68.

the gigabyte, over the sabertooth, if you had listed another asus board it might be different, but there are odd things going ion with the sabertooth. You do get more bang for your buck with the sabertooth tho, but then again you can take the asrock extreme 4 over it as well.

I was unable to get my sabertooth past 4.7ghz with a 2600k, I changed to a deluxe and I'm able to reach 4.8 with slightly lower volts.

Sabertooth has 8 chips for VRM, most boards in the 200 range have more.
