Cookie Monster did it for me!.. Granted I wasn't impressed at all here, maybe tomb raider has got me slightly interested but other then that, meh.. boring for me ( I think gaming is dying for me :/ )

Okay, my impressions:

Kinect first, that was the core aspect of this conference.

I counted like..4..perhaps 5 (may have forgot one) on rails games. Though SW kinect looked like weird rails, but still seemingly no freedom to move around.ME3 was nice, but not a killer-app. As was Ghost recon, though, I am neutral on that, as the reaction that the gunsmith section got from me was immedietly nullified by the god awful shooting. A few kids games.Dance Central 2 was decent. Some Madden stuff which I can imagine fans would like (don't know squat about American Football). All in all, no killer app, and apparently on-rails galore. Which, is dissapointing, to say the least.

Umm..GoW 3..actually impressed. I liked the huge boss. I like huge bosses. That was decent. MW3, same old, same old, the graphics haven't moved an inch in 2-3 years, which is laughable, and neither has the gameplay, with the exact same sounds, models, recoil on weapons. No doubt will get some stupid high metascore later in the year. Halo 4 + CE reboot, not enough seen, but, 90% chance they'll do it right. Forza looked nice too.

Overall however, the MS conference lacked something to make a big-deal over. It was all very "oh nice" moments mixed with "meh/do not want" moments, rather than "TAKE MY MONEY" moments. No real killer app, and kinect IMO dissapointed, as it kinda hints at the limitations of the technology, or the developers imaginations, and not even a year after launch, which is dissapointing. I don't think MS can "win" this E3 at this point, not with either competitor packing a console launch each, given their showing. Microsoft kinda dissapointed me.

Roll on Sony. And, apparently, Dust 514 :S (Dust timer ends at same time as start of sony conference).

I'm really excited for the Kinect Dev store. The whole finger-painting app brings me one step closer to Minority Report in my house...muahahahahaa...

Also, Mass Effect 3 blew my mind. Well, almost. I am so pumped for this game, and now that I can tell my squadmates to use powers or move it's just gonna be awesome. Not sure how I feel about the conversations, though. I'm excited to see the H:CE Anni Edition, loved the original and the refresher looks great. Yes, they should've kept multiplayer more traditional, but I don't think Reach is bad, so they've got love. I'm a bit dissapointed in Halo 4 coming true...they are gonna need to work hard to satisfy self-proclaimed Halo fanboys like myself. It was in a good place and if they destroy the franchise with that game, or worse start the annual release like CoD, I just can't be held responsible for what I might do. Also might I add that Forza 4 looks absolutely stunning? Got it on preorder and can't wait for it to roll out.

I think those were my big points, MW3 looked like something that I'll rent and play campaign, but without a massive online overhaul I'm not going to be anywhere near impressed. GoW3 was the same way. Excited to see the new Bing, YouTube and LiveTV apps for the dashboard. Really looking forward to my 360 and PC taking over the house and eliminating everything else. Google's got some contest towards world domination.
