3d Mark score, something isn't right.

Ok, I ran a 3d mark test. These are the results. http://3dmark.com/3dmv/3219562

When the test was going, although I was getting decent-ish FPS, it was still jumping. The speed of my ram should be 1066 should it not? Why is it appearing at 400 mhz in this? My cpu looks to be going at a slow speed also. It also does not feel as it my system is running quickly and smooth at all, its kind of laggy. Does anything stick out as concerning at all? Any suggestions for improving?

My system seems to be bogged down by something and I've recently upgraded to a juicier power supply and it seems to have made things worse. I really don't get it.

Those results look all right, don't worry about what futuremark says for the ram speed, always says the frequency that is native for the motherboard, mine always say 667mhz no matter what speed they are running.

Not sure if I can explain the jerking that it is doing though. When I get into WoW it still does it there, I think my system is fairly powerful so I really don't get whats causing it.

The jumping could be driver related. Have you tried another version?

GPU temperature never goes over 60*C at all even when clocked using EVGA precision. I have tried an older version of drivers and so far this might look a little better.

Is it worth overlocking anything like ram or cpu? Wow is supposedly a higher CPU intensive game.

I got 18k with a 3.6Ghz Q9450 and an overclocked GTX 295, so i'd say that scores isn't too far off to be honest.

Is it worth me overlocking anything at all? I think my gpu when overlocked seems to operate fine, doesn't overheat. But in the bios should I turn the ram frequency from auto upto its max? As well as overlocking the cpu
