This is an assumption, not a fact. Just because some d00d decided to post to a forum before requesting service does not imply bad customer service. It is just some d00d posting on a forum before dealing with the manufacturer. Too many logical fallacies in this thread.
Let's do a simple thing...let's have everyone who has experienced
this problem post a pic of their affected block and let's see how many we can collect, since there are supposedly "so many" affected customers. I do not think that they will add up to 1% of shipped blocks.
