I believe so. Swiftech's hands aren't clean, either, but that's another thread and another type of product...

Eddy has already stated that the company is not blaming it on users, its in this thread somewhere...

No, the first I believe was them modifying their warranty policy or considering modifying it and recommending certain types of fluids+additives not being used. I think the mess was relating to PT Nuke.

Let's do a simple thing...let's have everyone who has experienced this problem post a pic of their affected block and let's see how many we can collect, since there are supposedly "so many" affected customers. I do not think that they will add up to 1% of shipped blocks.
look around on diffent forums plenty of pics, also plenty of ppl tried RMA told to wait till they had done tests just because some dood posts on a forum doesbn't mean he hasn't tried doing it propperly then gets frustrated and posts on said forum and finds that there are alot of ppl with this issue. I would believe that something would have been mentioned on atleast 1 forum if there was another company doing the same. as a lot of ppl start WC by looking and asking on forums

I am on all other forums...I saw XS stuff since the first posts about "flaking nickel" there, I read RRTech tests and finding, I saw things here, but I also saw people posting same type of stuff before with Koolance, with Swiftech, etc. Only one I cannot recall is BP, but they are extremely rare in people's rigs for actual blocks. Lot's of fittings though. There are people posting, but not masses of people. That is why I said if we really want to get to the bottom of this let's get some real numbers out. Let's see how many of shipped blocks really are defective. Heck, Gary could just open up a few of the blocks he has in stock and do an inspection for quality and see if a lot of his stock is in fact as bad as the sample that made it over to RRTech. There are so many ways to get at this problem, but everyone is just screaming instead of providing constructive suggestions.
