Official EK statement - Nickel Plating Issues - Page 28

What I can't get over is this isn't the first time they've tried to lay blame on the end user.

All I can say is thank god I dodged a bullet with my new build, not a single EK product! And it'll stay that way.

Fool me once, shame on you.

I'd rather get an EK copper block than a Bitspower block... really don't like those, especially the BP GPU blocks.

my bad, Im in Cali, and was quoted for buying a waterblock from aquacomputer.

I thought those USPS flat rate boxes were only for within the 50 states?

Wait wait wait wait... So, if I'm understanding this right, from reading the actual "report," the distilled water was a main factor in making the corrosion WORSE (as in, worse than it already was), correct? So... you didn't provide them with an off the shelf block, did you? You took an RMA'd block, one that was already damaged, and had them do the testing on it....

Sonuva....

my fc470 gtx 470 block does fit in the small flat rate box, you just have to ship back the base only, keep your top and accessories.

Really disappointed in EK and their business ethics.

So would a medium box fit a cpu, gpu, and mobo block? Also have to pay for the shipping they choose to send it back, correct?
