No thank you, I did push support to replace my gtx 470 blocks with 6970/6950 copper blocks but they just didn't reply or pointed me towards the rma form once Eddy announced their rma process. B.S.! I'll take my money to other companies.

that makes it not worth it to even RMA then... if i end up in a similar position looks like I'll just buy a new block, especially since the non nickle EK blocks are dropping in price now haha! 60$ is a good price for a HF but I would rather buy a different company now

Warranty RMA needs to be handled within each country, not back to reseller. That BS needs to get settled, period. I can understand shipping a part out, but having to pay for shipping for the replacement is utter BS. EK will go out of business handling replacements like this!
