What are your ambient temps? Your HDDs and system temp seem pretty high as well.

Hello. The link below contains all you need to know about life overclocking. Have fun! ^_^
BOLD UPPERCASE WORDS OF EPIC SO EPIC THAT YOU CAN'T RESIST TO CLICK

*Don't let your computer decide how much power it should take. That's like giving candy to a baby, ie. "MINE MINE MINE ALL MINE". Next thing you know it gets diabetes so hot you degrade it quicker than the deathstar destroying princess leia's precious planet Alderan.

Well actually don't do that it will fry your cpu in an instant. I would advise just hitting the function in the bios that sets everything to default and start over.
That would be "F5"

164 RPM on CPU cooler, I don't think thats right <.<
Check your bios settings. And put fan full speed if temps are over 45-50.
Where did you connect your fan? That doesn't seem right. Can't stock i7 fan do like 3k RPM?
Also what are you idle temps.
