Thank you all for the great suggestions!

I am looking for a GPU upgrade in the future but this one currently plays every game I throw at it max settings at x1080 resolutions. Will probably only upgrade if there is a major deal on a super card. What bugs me most is that this card cost me $380 back when I bought it. WHAT?!

And the reason why I'm getting the Kuhler 620 is because I really don't like stress on the mobo, even this Zalman made me cringe when I installed it. I also have read in posts via multiple users on this site and others that it has better cooling performance than Corsairs version of it, due to a newer version of the cold-plate. It looks to be the best and cheapest "liquid cooler" I can find. And quiet at that!

And I'm sort of an ASUS fan boy.. I've had nothing but great experiences with them and don't want to dive off the wagon just yet. This Commando survived rain and a drop. Don't ask how that happened <.<

Currently what I'm at:
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K Quad Core $214.99
MOBO: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro Z68 LGA1155 $192.40
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL $75.95
CPU Cooling: Antec Kuhler H20 620 $56.60
TOTAL(after shipping, insurance, gst): $591.19
Seems like a good buy. Go for it !

Purchased the parts.

However the RAM went on a crazy sale and is now back ordered... And who knows how long that will take??!

Will make a build log thread when parts start arriving

Actually it was not that crazy. 75.99(more than what I paid) was the sale and it was sold out a few hours later. When I checked out it was on back order.
