okay so lately i have been trying to come up with some creative ways to earn some extra cash and thought i might try to put up an add on cl for computer builds.
i want to include every thing in it but a gpu i will add options for different graphics cards

any ways i want to keep the bill at or under 500 and still make a profit for myself. this is what i have been thinking so far.
cpu- amd x2 555 or x4 955
mobo-a gigibyte or msi product? suggestions?
psu- 500watt
ram- 4 gig idk suggestions?

So can I ask if this build is for you, or are you trying to build one for others to earn some cash? If you're doing the latter, I really wouldn't bother, it will be way too much hassle for you, and more than it's worth really.

The profit will be next to nothing. Probably zero. Actually you will probably owe them money.

Anyway I would look at something like this...

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103916 $100
Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131402 $99
RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231277 $48
PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139027 $60
CD/DVD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106289 $21
Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119227 $50

$378.00 doesn't include shipping costs or the rebates you will get back.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102878 - $110.00

Best bang for the buck atm... imo of course.

Problem is you have to wait if you wanna order from Newegg.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102873 - $120.00

If you get this card. You now have no profit until you send in the MIRs. Which isn't a bad profit. But you have to wait for them. They aren't guaranteed. And you should wait to make sure you don't have to RMA anything before mailing them out.

And that Sir will bring your total to about $500.

are you trying to build a computer then sell it? Or build upon your client's request? If it's the first option, I dont know if you will be making much. Tryign to sell a computer for profit on CL is such a drag and hassle + the wait time so its just better if you find a minimal wage job

Under $500? No problem.

My recommendation:
Phenom II x4 925 + Gigabyte dual fan HD 6850 - $255, $245 AR (+ $3 shipping)
ASRock 870 Extreme3 - $90 shipped (Newegg should be selling the AM3+ version of this board on this SKU which may enable for extra expandability)
Wintec One 2x2GB DDR3-1600 - $43 shipped
Rosewill Green 630W PSU + Rosewill Challenger - $90 shipped [PSU is a golden secrets award winner, great quality]
LITE-ON DVD drive - $21 shipped
Total cost:
$499 + $3 shipping
$10 in mail-in rebates

Note that this does not account for things such as OS, hard drive.... if needed I can reconfigure the build to make room, however it may sacrifice on this parts quality

No offense, but you don't sound like the kind of person I would let build me a computer. I know this is the internet but the kind of ram your using is "4 gig", you have no HDDs, and your using a 500w power supply this could mean a nice antec 500w or a cheap chinese one (BIG difference). Also, you can't even write a basic sentence.
