Media Centre/Gaming PC able to run Shogun 2 on highest settings

I have various components lying around which I plan to sell, which will partly pay off the amounts I spend on new hardware.

I am looking to spend around £650 to get my machine running smoothly for playing games on highest settings. It will be a dedicated gaming/media centre pc running on Windows 7 64 bit. I will be bitstreaming audio via GPU HDMI.

Hardware contributing towards set-up, which is ready:

I will be running a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 on my Samsung LE32C530 32-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p 50Hz LCD TV with Freeview.
