I have to say i thought MW3 looked surprisingly good but there textures are pure doodoo, all the building looked awful and plain, and then i watched the greatest game trailer ive ever seen from op and my god the textures are just amazing the ground was unbelievable and that tech demo before they showed the trailer of the animations wow just wow, i mean besides a realistic modded crysis have we ever seen textures this amazing looks like they really put alot of time into it, metro 2 claimed they would beat crysis at visuals well i think bf3 will wipe the floor with metro, just amazing!! cant wait

Just watch a couple episodes and you'll see. Pretty good series in the vein of classic Cartoon Network shows. Afterall, the creator of PPG and Foster's produced it.

Anyways, about the video. I now fear that my setup is enough to even run this game on medium. No way in hell a 560 can take that kind of smoke and lighting effects, as well as DX11 textures without some significant framerate drops. Did you see the final moments with exploding flak and a burning city in the background? Imagine those running real-time on 1080p and up lol.

The point of DX11 is to be able to add textures and polygons and tessellation without adding too much extra stress to your GPU, so hopefully those that could max out BC2 shouldn't have too much of a problem maxing out BF3...lets hope so at least, my gtx460's run BCs maxed at around 70-80fps...

Well, you have two of those things and I only have room for one! Oh well, October's still months away so I may have to save up for an SLI setup within that period.

I run BFBC2 maxed out on my single 560Ti Vsync at 60fps... Ever setting enabled and maxxed...

I do know that they ran the faultline demo on a single 580 (mpst likely stock clock) so SLI 560Ti's should ace the game at 1080p!

And what CPU? I dunno, I'm hoping I can run the game maxed, but I'm not going to be surprised (or disappointed) if I can't, especially after seeing these latest vids.

So that means i should do pretty decent at 1680x1050 Possibly in Dx10 though

Of course we will get the DX11 performance boost so that's always good.
