Go for the Asus P8Z68-V Pro. Why? Because it's cheap, You can use sli/cf, it overclocks very good and you can sell it easily when the ivy's are coming.

Far as I'm concerned, the ASRock board can also do SLI/CF and is actually cheaper than the Asus board. With the overclocking, I'll give you that. Or at least from the review the overclock was only a slight bit lower.
And to be honest, I have no clue what these "ivy's" are.
