The HAF 912 does not appeal to me because it doesn't come with the top fan, which I'd have to buy, bringing the price to just about the same as the CM 690 II Advanced which does come with the top fan included.
The Antec 300 Illusion is significantly cheaper though and already comes with four fans, including the top fan.

The CM 690 II does have better cable management though. Hell, I don't know.

Ah, heck, I can afford $30 extra. I'll get the CM 690 II it does look like it's worth $30 more because it looks cooler, it's bigger, has the cable management, and vent at the bottom and I can add more fans later.

Thanks for the help.

Sorry, this might make your decision more difficult. You can also get the Antec 902 for the same price ($80): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...pk=antec%20902

It has better case air flow than the 690, but the 690 has better cable mgmt. It comes with 2 front and 1 side dust filters. 2xfront and 1xback 120mm fans, top 200mm fan, USB3 front port. My favorite part about it is that you can arrange the front 2 fans anyway you want (like you can have them on top, bottom, middle, etc.).

EDIT: Also, all the included fans have speed controls. The front two fans have nob-controls which allows for fine tuning.

Sooooo you had to make it more difficult hmmmmmm.......?

It's good to give the OP options and hope he's eventually happy with whatever he decides on.

I personally like the hard drives mounted sideways, makes for better cable management though I do come from the old school "Antec" and some other cases way of hard drive mounting as well.

It all depends what one wants to achieve and if they care about the neatest cable management or just have a case that'll be just good enough without the "flash".

It's actually $100 after the mail-in rebate.
My PSU is not modular so cable management is actually pretty important to me. Right now I have all the extra cables tucked in with the hard drive in its cage. My motherboard doesn't support USB 3.0 anyways.
Good suggestion nonetheless.

$80 AR and Promo Code. I have the V.2 of the 902 and have to say my cable mgmt is good. Not perfect, but good. My PSU is not modular as well, and I have all unused (and some used) cables hidden in the side of the case. The 690 has better cable mgmt because it has a one extra hole, and the HDs mount sideways.

EDIT: I just noticed that the 902 v.3 has a large CPU cutout which is a +.

Just to note that my rigs have NON-Modular PSU's so you know.

All case suggestions are good for you to consider, I would take your time in making the decision as well as also doing the research as you have case clubs in this forum to read up on and whatever you eventually get I hope you'll be happy with it.

Also make sure that any graphics card(s) will fit in such case now and or in the future if you think you'll get a longer sized card.
