Wait,

What type of memory stick is this? Is it one of those U2 file system disks, where you need a password to access it...

1)Press windows key
2)Open cmd.exe
3)Your disk/partition numbers will vary

Make sure that you select the correct disk number

4)Example of what you need to type:
Code:
C:\>[B]diskpart[/B]

Microsoft DiskPart version 6.1.7600
Copyright (C) 1999-2008 Microsoft Corporation.
On computer: TABLETPC-PC

DISKPART>[B] list disk[/B]

Disk ### Status Size Free Dyn Gpt
  -------- ------------- ------- ------- --- ---
  Disk 0 Online 74 GB 0 B
  Disk 1 Online 1876 MB 0 B
  Disk 2 Online 14 GB 14 GB

DISKPART> [B]select disk 2[/B]

Disk 2 is now the selected disk.

DISKPART> [B]clean
[/B]
DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk.

DISKPART> [B]create partition primary align=4096[/B]

DiskPart succeeded in creating the specified partition.

DISKPART> [B]format fs=exfat label="Big Blue USB" unit=4096 quick override[/B]
