Little help on a AM2+ build

So, I got some free stuff from the place that I work.
They were getting rid of some parts that just wouldn't sell and I got my hands on some of them to make a system for my sister. She kinda games... surprisingly all of them being higher-end in terms of graphics. But, she mostly uses it to do school work and media browsing.

I got a 7750 Kuma BE and M3N78-VM Mobo from that.
Then I went digging in my garage trying to find some parts that I could use.

I dug up my HD4850 and Scythe Mugen 2.
Amd I ended up finding some samsung and hynix rams (two each!).
I don't exactly know what these rams are.
The samsung ones' model number is M378T2863RZS-CF7 with 0846 at the end. It does say PC2-6400U-666-12-ZZ on the top so I'm pretty sure it's a pair of 1GB DDR2 800 rams.
The hynix ones say that they are PC2-5300's and they are 512MB each.
Anyone who could tell me what exactly these rams are would be very appreciated.

Anyways, I was wondering if I should use all the rams that I found to go with 3GB ram as 667's or get another pair of 800 ones like this and go with 4x1GB setup. Is this worth the 40 bucks?

The final build excluding the ram would look like this:

Case: CM 690 ii basic
PSU: OCZ Pro 500W
Mobo: Asus M3N78-VM
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Kuma BE
Cooler: Scythe Mugen 2
Memory: plz help!
GPU: XFX HD4850
HDD: WD Black 500GB (I got this from my old pc)

I already have all the parts except for the case.

I like it. in fact, i would almost trade you my 4ghz 3200+ and 2x2GB ddr2 800 for it. but just the time in transit would have my gf very angry.

Got a decent system going there. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think ram speeds matter, for me at least. What games does your sister play, and monitor resolution? BTW from the post, sounds like 2gb should be more than enough.

Looks good man, nice cheap build. I would just stick with the 3Gb of ram.

She plays Sims 3, Fable 3, and some random games that I play (mostly story-oriented) like Fallout 3. I'm not sure about the resolution for the games but the desktop resolution would be 1680x1050.
