3) DDR3 1600 vs 1333 will have barely any real world performance increase. Only in benchmarks

4) Hard drive speed only affects load times not FPS, so a new HDD is totally useless.
That VRM coolers is for a higher oc on the cpu.
Memory 1600 is a little faster for gaming.
HDD will increase the FPS. The biggest Bottleneck of a system for anything is the HDD. In WOW with SSD in raid 0 vs single SSD. RAID 0 I had min of 93 FPS and a single SSD it is now 53 FPS.

the only thing i can think of that the rest of the guys have not said.... clean your pc up of all dust and dirt......

then do a fresh installation of windows to sort out any bugs that might be there. install your games and drivers and then you are good to go.

I trade system twice with specialk for shipping cost and he has a better system now. These people are all on OCN, so you can PM them to see if I'm shady or not.

HDD will increase the FPS. The biggest Bottleneck of a system for anything is the HDD. In WOW with SSD in raid 0 vs single SSD. RAID 0 I had min of 93 FPS and a single SSD it is now 53 FPS.
The only reason you saw a performance increase in WoW in RAID0 is due to level streaming. Which the computer is loading the map as you play (as to avoid hundreds of loading screens) so it is repeatedly accessing your hard drives.

But in 99% of games such as FPS, RPG's, platformers etc. where the game/level is loaded prior to playing, a hard drive has 0 affect on FPS unless you have too little ram. However a system with 4GB of DDR3 ram will not see any performance increase from a hard drive. Simple as that.

Also 1600MHz DDR3 memory will not see ANY gaming performance increase over 1333MHz DDR3. As mentioned above, the only performance increase you will get from change of memory is if you only had say 2GB of the 1333MHz while you had 4GB of the 1600MHz memory, since the 2GB 1333MHz in some modern games may cause a bottleneck (which then comes back to using the hard drive for access if you have insufficient ram)

So no, hard drives and 1600 vs 1333 will net no real world gaming performance increase
