Installing Windows through USB?

I have a Windows 7 Enterprise disc! How would I go about streamlining the install process to USB, and can this usb stick imbed my install key in it as well?

On another note, can anyone recommend me a good ghost image software where I can save an image of my computer and simply load it up again after reformatting? Would that be easier?

Microsoft has a utility that can help with USB installs : USB Installer
No you will have to manually re-enter the code if you reinstall.

On the other hand, If you create a System image it should save the Key Code, Also what is the reason behind you wanting to reinstall the OS?

I prefer to use the microsoft program that was listed earlier, incredibly easy. The cmd way is easy as well, but this way is actually much faster.

Thanks for the post guys!

I will definitely look into, the reason I want to reformat is because I am going to be installing a new motherboard soon.

By system image software I meant like acronis or something, but is the one in Windows 7 good enough? I didnt even know Windows had a native solution for sysmte images!
