[PureOC] Koolance CPU-370 Water Block Review

Koolance has been an innovator in the PC liquid cooling segment for over a decade now, and they offer water cooling enthusiasts some of the best quality products around. They have produced numerous extreme high performance water blocks and other advanced cooling products for the water cooling community, and Koolance continues to strive to provide top-notch products.

The CPU-360 water block was released about twelve months ago; it was the Koolance flagship CPU block, turning out to be a good performer but unfortunately it didn't quite top the charts. Since then Koolance’s engineers have apparently been working to improve the block with new revisions. And today, a year later, comes its new high-performance flagship CPU block. This time around, however, Koolance is not calling it a Revision like the previous Rev1.1 and Rev1.2, but rather they have named it the CPU-370 to differentiate it as a brand new block. Koolance promises the CPU-370 is an improved design with high performance.

A lot of Koolance's gear is very great looking. I have considered ordering gear strait from them many times.

I've been using Koolance products for years. Anyone who has an issue with dissimilar metals issues (the main complaint) hasn't taken proper care of their equipment. I d used copper waterblocks with aluminum rads for four years. Zero corrosion whatsoever.

On the 370, I've been using the block for five days now. Seated it with Shin Etsu TIM and it has held my 2500k's temps to 60*C under full thermal saturation and at load. This is with the 2500K at 4.7Ghz @ 1.37v.

Much nicer looking block than my old 330, and I think the barb placement improves the temps as well.

Under gaming, load never gets above 50*C
