Good mouse bungee?

Thread Starter
Hi guys,

I've always had problems with my mouse wires. My desk is an unusual shape so wires (especially braided ones) tend to drag at the mouse and cause unwanted mouse movement. The problem was real noticeable with my G5, but DeathAdder is slightly better.

I generally try to solve this issue by celotaping the wire down to the desk but that is still not ideal.

How do you guys counter such a problem? I've read about mouse bungees so maybe someone here has experience with one? Any other suggestions also welcome.

Thanks!

One of the reason I went wireless, my keyboard tray used to chew up cords. Since then I'll never get another corded mouse. Currently using R.A.T. 9

That's the SteelSeries Cord Holder which isn't produced anymore but does the job for me.

IMO everyonee should have a mousebungee, it helps with the cord and it makes your mouse feel like its wireless biggrin.gif

The best one is definately just the normal mouse bungee v2 or the roccat apuri

Heres mine which is the old mouse bungee v1 which have the feet that will glide, so I had to add some extra weight biggrin.gif finally the g9x weights came in handy

Someone mentioned R.A.T 9?
Worst mouse every built for fps games.
Wireless is not the answer. The best thing is to drill a hole on your desk right above where your keyboard will be and run the chords through it.

I personally use a Mamba, so it's wireless, and while I don't personally like the RAT9 Maxxa has, I do agree that wireless is just nothing short of awesome. smile.gif

Though, the Mamba does kill batteries so when I do have an Armadillo2 for when I just have to go wired. The only downside is that it's that black glossy plastic that seems to attract scratches and scuffs, though if it's worth anything, have had mine for about a year and looks perfectly new, not one mark biggrin.gif

Where do you even get something like that anymore? It appears they were bought out by Razer, as their website links straight to Razer's http://www.razerzone.com/minisite/bungee
