Killer new PC - Page 2

uhm... did you just pick the most expensive things you could find?
Anyways, if you can really afford all this, stick to one 6990 4GB and maybe invest in watercooling

Umm where is the 3d on those dell monitors???? and no water cooling for me i lost a 4000 $ setup for a stupid leak in the pipes dint know how that happened because i tested the damn pump 24 hours before installing it.So what SSD you have in mind.
I think what I have in my rig as OS drive is a decent pick. Crucial just released a new SSD to replace C300 so this one is getting (slightly) cheaper.

For SSDs, I don't think you need the top-of-the-line models because to me, C300 is fast enough to surprise me every time I reboot the PC or boot up iTunes.

I hope this helps.

I agree, I honestly don't know why people buy razer products. They have a tendency to break down constantly because they are made with cheap parts...probably because of the pretty lights.

16GB of RAM is way too much, No SSD?? At least for your bootdrive and counterstrike on there.

OK i guess you didn't understand the purpose of this PC. THE 16 GB of RAM is for hosting multiple servers and some are counter strike but not all encoding and editing 1080p running benchmarks in the background compressing files and streaming online while playing and getting the most out of any game without having to cut any loses on the game part.

I absolutley love my Razer products. When I chose to switch from all Logitech to all Razer products it was the happiest day of my gaming live. Things felt like they were suppose to. They last! Not months but actually over a year!!! I know un heard of. No raging when my products just stop working***** because that doesnt happen!

PS Get a 850HX Corsair PSU and save yourself some money. Get an SSD for OS and Games. Way to much ram lol. If you plan to do the average hardcore gaming/multitasking/whatever 8GB more than enough.
