A 6950 1GB would be a bit cheaper and the difference in performance is hard to see in normal gameplay.
Reviews indicate the 560 as the better overclocker, though.
Memory option: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314 I would take these

Change the case, maybe for Cooler Master 690 II or Haf 912, much better cable management and both of them are good cases for air cooling.

For HDD

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185&Tpk=spinpoint%20f3

Is a much better deal and also faster then your linked WD Black.

The 902 has a much better stock cooling solution. Though, I would have to say the CM's generally have a few more holes for cable mgmt.

Well my suggestion for the case get a cm 690 advanced (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119216) 79.99 after M IR it has dust filters and way better cable management than the 900 also it's a bit bigger so you have more space to works with and it's cheaper (I got this to replace my 900 so trust me redface.gif) )... Patriot makes great memory just get the one with the lowest latency and the cheapest price possible as long as it is a reputable manifacturer you will be okay.
There is a great deal on these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231440) they have way better timings and use lower voltages they would be my pick!!

indeed!

Did you rule out the i5 since for gaming it would be a better choice (if your budjet permits)

i was about to recommend the same memory Night197 just did

Glad I hit refresh and saw his rather then stating it as my own!

But I do agree, change the memory to linked pair. Change HDD to linked earlier. Personally I'd save the few and get a 955 rather then a 965 also.

i would get a

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119216&cm_re=690_ii_advanced-_-11-119-216-_-Product

The antec 900 is dated with minimal wire management and costs more

Edit: beaten to the punch

I would get an am3+ board if i were you for the upgrade option:
Motherboard:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131733

and a 955 saves you $20 with the same overclockability
CPU:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103808

We saved you some $$ so spend a few bucks on a nice cooler CM 212+ is the best budget cooler right now (only a few degrees off the top of the heap coolers for 3 times as much money)
Cpu Cooler:[ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002G1YPH0/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER"]Amazon.com: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler, RR-B10-212P-G1: Electronics[/ame]
