The Z68 Pro3 is the least able to OC. I'm don't know about the Extreme4 and Fatal1ty but I know they both overclock really well.

The Fatal1ty Performance is still a new board, I haven't been able to find much on it. However the Extreme4 is a good board, and so is the Pro3, considering the price.

Read the tweaktown review. They were hitting 4.8 ghz. I gave a Pro3 and for money I'm extremely happy. It may not be the best OCer but runs the useable range more expensive boards run. 4.5 ghz all day long is the standard.

i have a pro 3, and i hit over 4.9ghz on stock cooling, was extremely hot and unstable though.

Good for the price, and will do a modest overclock (say 4.5GHz) well with a good cooler.

Edit: however you stifle your upgrade options with this. if you ever plan on going with dual/tri/quad video cards, you'll need to get the extreme 4 or better depending on whether you want more than dual.

I would get the extreme4 since it's basically bug-free. If u want more ocability (YMMV), you have to go to the extreme6 or the fatality professional, to stay in the Asrock house.
