One more thing. Experience. Where can I get experience from while in college? All job postings I've seen require it, and it seems experience is the biggest dilemma for some. Any tips?
Being a Net Admin is great at my work. We don't really have any one specializing in one thing; we all have to have good knowledge of security, NTFS security, servers, hardware, virtualization, and basic routing. They say you should "specialize", but I don't believe in that. Sure you might be able to get more pay, but getting a job is harder, and leaves you being a dangerous unitasker (easily replaced, and your specialty might not be around forever).
