Should I get a mATX Board, Or just sell the case?

Okay, So I'm having the biggest issue here - Should I buy a new, mATX Board for my NZXT Vulcan, or just sell the case and the power supply?

I'm going to be setting my current build into It, with the exception of the EVGA Nvidia 650i Ultra Motherboard.

I'm just having an Issue deciding, so My last resort is OCN. It's pretty hard to sell the case Over craigslist, too. Because a guy bites your ad, and then want's 50$ for a 70$ case, and a 35$ Power supply.
So I'd like a Motherboard that Is capable of overclocking Higher than what I've got, Cheapest price, Maybe SLI, But Not really sure on that one. Has to have a PCI-E Slot (I have a GTS 250, Dual-slot) And a PCI-Slot For my NIC Card.

I really need your opinions, because I'm in a pickle here.
