this is a chiller?
or is this a die direct?

because it seems kinda big for a die direct.. and a chiller, your going to need more then 2 tec's. :\

Judging from the OP's statements in the first post.. and the size.. I would assume its a chiller, that will be running up to 4-6x TEC's..

for cooling water, use a radiator with three fans 140x140mm (thermochill PA140)

Yeah 500W capacity... assume 40% for efficiency and downvolt...

Gives you roughtly 200W of heat movement @ im assuming 15-20dT... that is more then good enough for that X2.

The next step is finishing, machining allowance left by the roughing mill the fins reach the final shape and dimensions of the design ....
taking into account the diameter of the cutter cam draws the tool path necessary to achieve the 3D model I drew in red .....

the origin of the 3 axes are the same rough ....
the blue lines running ritch tool string to the 'inner gorge and then climb on top of the fins creating the arc final round up the top fin ....

progress for each pass is equal to 25% of the diameter of the cutter, this percentage will let me get a micro fins rough on the ridge of fins and canyons micro fins helps to increase the surface heat exchange ....
