Pretty easy to get it off (just takes some force) I don't know where you'd get it in the States but it won't be hard to find. Just have a look around

I have an extra 120mm wedged (ie held by friction lol) in between the HDD bays and the CD Drive bays, so id say your well good tbh lol, mine works like a charm for funneling air to the exhaust
