I did a quick Google search and these are the stock load voltages that I found for GTX 580s:
1.0380V (My GTX 580 Lightning)
1.0250V (My GTX 580 Lightning Xtreme Edition)
I was talking about load voltages. However, I said 'Fermi' cards, I did not specifically say 580's. Looks like from these numbers you're quoting that 580's are coming w/higher VID's than the rest of the Fermi cards, in general. I suppose that makes sense given that they're coming w/some pretty high stock core clocks.
Anyways, like I say my stats were meant to refer to average across all Fermi's (460, 560, 470, 480, 570, 580). Sorry for any confusion there, I edited my post to clarify that 580's seem to be running about 50mV hotter than the rest of the Fermi lineup on average, save perhaps the 480's which run a bit higher VID's as well ... though not as high as the 580's Edited by brettjv - 6/16/11 at 12:29am
