I'm looking to water cool my cpu for the first time. Iv never done anything like this before so any help or suggestions would be awesome. id like to order from amazon because I have gift cards and amazon prime. So hopefully everything I need I can find there. My limit for the moment is 400 bucks. I will need a good setup for cpu and gpu later on down the road. So let me know ur suggestions and ideas.. thx

UPDATE-
Just added some parts to my Amazon cart. could you guys check and make sure that im not missing anything, Everything is compatible and also make sure what i have is of good quality.

I know im missing the silver coil but amazon doesnt have them that i can find so i will get them elsewhere. unless i can get the at like some hardware store? (yes, no?)

It is possible to buy individual WC parts on Amazon, but I never heard of anyone on OCN doing their WC shopping on Amazon.

haha ya i no im one of the few lol. iv found most if not all the parts i need and il be posting the links here in a sec. it would be awesome if people looked over them and made sure i have everything and the stuff i do have is of good quality. most are swiftech... also im getting 360 rad, now can i get a 3 way splitter and have a fan controller control all three with one control knob? id rather have 3 fans on the rad be all on one knob and not 3 dif knobs..

Replace Arctic Silver 5 with Shin-Etsu X23-7783D. It's a much better thermal paste than AS5. Plastic barbs look pretty cheap in such a high-end rig like yours. Most go with metal barbs.

Everything looks good. I prefer the compression fittings to the barbs. I started out with barbs and then changed them over after a month.

AS5 *was* the best, but the crown has changed hands quite a few times now. The main reason most switch is because of the cure time, which is quite long considering there are many compounds that perform just as well with no curing.

For barbs/fittings, you may be able to find them on Amazon, but it'd be a lot easier to order from another company.
