To put it into perspective there are more IPv6 addresses than grains of sand on the earth, I don't think we will create that many mobile devices, there just isn't room for them.

So no, I think we are good with IPv6, that is once we start using it broadly.

It will take a supercomputer hundreds of years running 24/7 to brute force a password which is that long with all that characters used. That's how many combinations there are. So no don't think it will run out.

Wrong. Look at your smartphone's IP address. It is likely an internal IP because smartphones on all the networks I have seen are all NAT-ed inside their respective networks to reserved private address range IP ranges.

So we're not actually running ipv6 JUST yet? We still run ipv4? When is ipv4 gonna stop forever? Aren't providers suppose to switch us on that channel or do we have to? Can anyone clarify a little information on this subject so i can learn a bit more of the process here and it's principal behind this?

There was an IPv6 test yesterday.

Provides have to support both IPv6 and IPv4... until everyone has completed the migration.
