I say the Crucial M4 due to the 4KB random read and write. While the Intel 510 has very high sequential numbers it really struggles with small files compared to the Vertex 3 and the M4. See Anand's review here.

Both are very good drives. Intel is said to be more reliable. But I would still pick m4. Check prices and see what fits you better.
