Could possibly go even more powerful. That's almost enough for a 460, but a 460 has a min of 450watts... You might be able to get away with it, but you have to think of the other parts in your case as well.

You'd be surprised how much it'd handle. Years come they get more powerful they use less power. I know it'd handle a 6770 just fine. Maybe more

450 watts is minimum for a 5770. So anything just below that should be good.

The minimum wattage recommendations are inflated. I've run an HD5770/HD6770 on a Delta Electronics 350W.

With the CX430v2 you're good for anything up to about a 6870 or a GTX560.

I think 6870 is pushing it... 5770 would be fine though.

I'm running a 6790 @1020MHz and an X3 @4.5GHz and I use around 300w.The 6790 draws the same as a 6870.I bet you could run a 6950 no problem.

The HD6870 is around a 180W card.

I ran a Core 2 Quad Q9550 and a Radeon HD4870 (a 170W card) on an Antec Earthwatts EA430 easily.

And I currently have a Phenom 9850 and a Radeon HD5770 (a 100W card) on a Delta 350W, as mentioned.

GPUs pull a lot less than you might think. He can run an HD6870 or GTX560 and any CPU released since 2001* on that PSU.

(*The +5V/+3.3V -> +12V shift; don't want to crossload the CX430v2, it's group regulated)

Yeah Earthwatts are awesome.

You could probably just barely get my HD5870 on it.

But yeah, if you are gonna get a PSU, opt for the Antec Earthwatts if you can. Don't think the price difference is much but can't vouch for US prices as they're different over here.
