USB to LAN adapter for a tablet

Thread Starter
So as the title states, I am looking for something that will allow me to use the usb port on the tablet to connect an Ethernet cable. I have seem some online but review have been poor due to them being usb 1.1, and rather slow.

Anyone had experience with these? Thanks.

I've been curious about this as well. I know my workplace uses an all hard wired LAN for security -- no wireless network. So I've been curious about options to get on the network.

Does the tablet have Bluetooth? Can you connect to a desktop PC via Bluetooth and use the LAN that way? (Tethering to a desktop?)

In my case, I am thinking of getting the ASUS Transformer and the dock, but am not sure if I could connect it to the network at all.
